On Thursday, 18-year-old Christopher Reina was arrested on multiple charges, including breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, felony larceny of a dog, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of stolen goods.

According to Friday's ABC News, 19-year-old Jorge Flores Benitez has also been arrested; Benitez is facing charges of breaking and entering, attempted breaking and entering, conspiracy, larceny and possession of stolen goods.

Although much of the stolen property was recovered, the puppy, a pit bull, is still missing. Reina claims that he gave the puppy to an "unknown" family in the parking lot of Beauty World. Investigators are hoping to recover the pup, who is said to require daily medication. Whoever is currently in possession of the puppy is not facing criminal charges.
