Roberto Betancourt, age 18, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with littering, possession of marijuana, underage consumption of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol. No bond has been set at the time of this publication. See also (01/02/2011)
Kenneth Lee Chambers, age 53, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with 2 counts of burglary, theft by receiving, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal trespass and theft by taking. No bond has been set at the time of this publication.
Wesley Lyle Freeman, age 19, of Aragon, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with shoplifting. Freeman was released on May 30, 2011 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (12/14/2010)
Anthony Michael Hammonds, age 22, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Polk County police on warrants out of Paulding County. Hammonds was released from Polk County on May 30, 2011 and is being housed at Braswell for prosecution.
Michael Caleb Reddish, age 17, of Rockmart, Ga. was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with shoplifting (first offense). Hammonds was released on May 30, 2011 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (12/10/2010) (09/01/2009)
Tommy Cecil Rose Jr, age 21, of Cedartown, GA. was arrested by Polk County police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). A property bond in the amount of $1100.00 has been set. See also (08/02/2010)
Elvis Abel Ventura, age 23, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with no insurance, no drivers license and suspended registration. Ventura was released on May 30, 2011 after bonding out on a $3590.00 property bond.
Amy Nicole Witt, age 31, of Cedartown, Ga. was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), failure to maintain lane, suspended registration and no drivers license on person. Witt was released same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (10/02/2009)
