Arrest report for Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon, Georgia (February 20, 2012)

The Polk County Crime Examiner compiles arrest reports that cover the Polk County area, including Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon. Below is the report for Monday, February 20, 2012. 

The report includes a complete list of arrests, bonding information and inmate photos.  According to information obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office, the following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below.

Jimiyu Benton, age 33, of Cartersville, GA.; was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with discharging a firearm within city limits, disorderly conduct and open container. Benton was released on February 21, 2012 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Blake Ray Davis, age 27, of Rockmart, GA.; was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with simple battery and interference with a 911 call. Davis was released on February 21, 2012 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Elvin Dobbs, age 31, of Temple, GA.; was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for felony violation of probation. Dobbs remains in custody at the time of this publication.
 
Jessica Marie Hall, age 25, of Aragon, GA.; was arrested by Polk County deputies on warrants out of Floyd and Douglas Counties. Hall was released the same day into the custody of Floyd County authorities on a warrant for violating terms of probation.  After her release from Floyd County, Hall will be transferred to Douglas County.See also (12/19/2011) (Five arrested for possession and distribution of meth)

Isabella Constance Johnson, age 21, of Rockmart, GA.; was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with burglary and theft by taking. Johnson was released on February 21, 2012 after bonding out on two property bonds totaling $1600.
 
Harculano Ernesto Ramirez, age 47, of Cedartown, GA.; was arrested by Polk County police and charged with no driver's license and failure to drive within a single lane. Ramirez was released on February 21, 2012 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. see also (11/20/2011)
 
William Stover III, age 29, of Kingston, GA.; was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for violation of probation. Stover remains in custody at the time of this publication.
