Donald Wayne Armstrong
, age 50, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with habitual violator, no insurance and driving on a revoked license. Armstrong was released on December 13, 2011 after bonding out on a $12,600 property bond.
 
Maribael Segura Arredonido, age 23, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no drivers license. Arredonido was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Carlteze Antona Berry, age 33, of Aragon, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with criminal trespass. Berry was released on December 14, 2011 after paying a $205.50 cash bond.

Tammy Lynn Cogar, age 42, of Emerson, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with possession of meth. Cogar remains in custody at the time of this publication. A property bond in the amount of $2100 has been set.
 
Vincent Tyrone Cole, age 51, of Rockmart, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with giving false information, burglary, theft by taking, first degree forgery, criminal trespass and deposit account fraud. Cole remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $17,200 property bond has been set. A cash amount of $555.47 must also be paid to cover the deposit account fraud.
 
Anthony Dewayne Dennis, age 43, of Marietta, Ga., was arrested by Polk County sheriff's deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. Dennis remains in custody at the time of this publication.
 
Jimmy Lee Dobbs, age 55, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County sheriff's deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Dobbs remains in custody at the time of this publication.
 
Courtney Nicole Duginski, age 31, of Hiram, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with possession of marijuana, giving false information, possession of drug related objects and possession of meth. Duginski remains in custody at the time of this publication. A property bond in the amount of $9100 has been set. see also (02/10/2011) (07/28/2010)
 
Genery Cinto Gomez, age 23, of Rome, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no drivers license. Gomez remains in custody at the time of this publication.
 
John William Hester, age 43, of Powder Springs, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects. Hester was released December 13, 2011 after bonding out on a $4100 property bond.
 
Chad Everett Johnson, age 31, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Johnson was released on December 13, 2011 after bonding out on a $2600 property bond.
 
Jo Ellen Kelly, age 35, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Kelly was released on December 13, 2011 on an $1100 property bond.
 
Tommy Lee Layman, age 28, of Rockmart, Ga., was arrested by Polk County sheriff's deputies on a warrant for felony parole violation and was also charged with felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Layman remains in custody at the time of this publication.
 
Blake Melvin Osier, age 28, of Mableton, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects. Osier remains in custody at the time of this publication. A property bond in the amount of $4100 has been set.
 
Asmelio Chun Perez, age 44, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no drivers license. Perez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Ricardo Perez, age 17, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no drivers license. Perez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Brandon Christopher Sanders, age 20, of Stone Mountain, Ga., was booked into the Polk County jail for court date. Sanders was returned to Cobb County Detention on December 14, 2011. see also (11/01/2010)
 
Marvin Julian Sandoval, age 22, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no drivers license.Sandoval was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Steven Weston Sloan, age 62, of Piedmont, Al., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with open container. Sloan was released on December 13, 2011 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
 
Travis Jay Stevens, age 38, of Cedartown, Ga., was arrested by Polk County police and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA), affray and disorderly conduct. Stevens remains in custody at the time of this publication. A property bond in the amount of $15,100 has been set. See also (05/11/2010)
 
Terry Marie Williams, age 50, of Piedmont, Al., was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with DUI and open container. Williams was released on December 14, 2011 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
