Boston Medical Center has partnered with Channel 7, Boston’s NBC affiliate and CW5 for the 2014 Health and Fitness Expo, a free-to-the-public community health event at the Hynes Convention Center on June 14-15, 2014.

The event attracts more than 60,000 people from the Greater Boston region.

The Health and Fitness Expo offers fun activities with lots of information on products and services that relate to healthy living.
Choose what you want to participate in:

• Free health screenings
• Free fitness activities
• Cooking demonstrations
• Celebrity appearances
• Talks given by BMC doctors
• Education and information about health, exercise and more

Some specific activities include

Joining Andy Berler, alongside his Extreme Team - the New England Patriots Cheerleaders - as they activate you towards the best shape of your life! And check out the cheerleaders as they perform live on the Expo Demonstration stage, Saturday at 11:30AM.

The BMC - Living Healthy Forum will allow you to sit in on a number of discussions led by BMC clinicians ranging from heart health to diabetes to surgical treatment for obesity.
