Arnold Schwarzenegger is basically saying "sorry for sexin' the maid, honey" with his wallet.
It's being reported that the former California governor is going to be very "generous" towards his put upon wife Maria Shriver in their upcoming divorce settlement.
How do you tell your wife and mother of your children "I messed up bad, sorry about that?"
By giving her more than half of your assets! Shriver is entitled to 50% of her soon to be ex's money under California's Community Property law. She gave up her career as a journalist and has been married to him for 25 years.
Schwarzenegger is said to be worth between $500-750 million. He had an ongoing affair and fathered a child with the family housekeeper over 13 years ago-uh, around the same time he and Maria had their son!
Readers, what do you think, can any amount of money apologize for that? (I don't know about you, but $300-$400 million would certainly ease the pain while sitting pool side in France!)
