Lance Armstrong the cycling athlete with the United State Postal Service Cycling Team, who dishonored his Tour de France titles by doping, has yet to meet with the United States Anti-doping Agency to cooperate fully with their investigation. If this were any other athlete this process would have been over by now and hung-up-to-dry. The spoiled athlete still controls the situation and shows no remorse by not humbling himself to address the organization immediately and effectively. The USDA gave Armstrong an extension February 6th, 2013 for a possible reduction on his life ban. Armstrong said the ban is like a “death penalty.”

His attorney Timothy Herman said Armstrong could not accommodate the interview at this time. Travis Tygart announced,” we have been in touch with Lance Armstrong and his representatives and understand he does not want to comply the USDA and be a part of the solution with the effort to clean up the sport of cycling. We have agreed with his request for an additional two weeks to work on details to hopefully allow this to happen.”
After years of denials
Armstrong admitted to doping in a televised interview with Oprah Winfrey last month. He admitted to systematically doping to win his Tour de France titles and severely bullying and damaging the lives of his former teammates, trainers or anyone who spoke out to tell the truth of the secret of his using performance enhancing drugs.

Tagart told the television new show 60 Minutes January 27, 2013, the USDA agency has questions over his “clean comeback” in 2009. Tagart told the interviewer. “Armstrong’s test results in 2009 and 2010… reveal the cycling athlete was doing more than doping.”
In a letter to the organization on January 25, Herman cited Armstrong wanted to answer the questions but the February 6th deadline made it impossible because of pre-existing obligations. Herman also argued, “why was the USDA trying to clean up what was largely a European sport. We would like to cooperate with what we think is the truth,” Herman twisted the meaning, “and the reconciliation process.
Herman went on to praise the International Cycling Union for cooperating with the World Anti-Doping Agency in the broad probe to clean up the sport of cycling.
