Arm yourself against H1N1 & the flu with natural, local and environmentally friendly hand cleansers

Cold and flu season is upon us and with the onset of the H1N1 virus strain people are more careful than ever.
Children are taught to cover their mouths when they cough or sneeze and to avoid touching their eyes and mouth. The one thing parents can ensure is that hands are washed often.
Unfortunately frequent hand washing can be hard on your child's skin. Harsh soaps and hand sanitizer can often contain chemicals and neither is particularly environmentally friendly.
All Terrain is a New Hampshire based company that makes all natural Kidswipes, biodegradable antiseptic wipes that kill germs and bacteria and are safe for a child's sensitive skin. The wipes are made from wood pulp and contain aloe and vitamin E. Perfect for on-the-go families, a container of wipes costs $9.99.
They also make Hand Sanz, a natural hand sanitizer that is made without chemicals. Their line of kid's care products includes Soothing Soap, Kids Wonder Wash, latex-free bandages, itch & rash cream as well as sun screens and bug spray.
Product packaging is made from recycled material that is recyclable and/or biodegradable and All Terrain never tests their products on animals.
All Terrain products can be found at the Lebanon Co-op and the full line can be found on their website.
