Hey Sioux Falls! Here is a quick ab and arm workout; build up some endurance and Sculpting with this one.
- Lay a mat or pad underneath you for comfort.
- Do not rest
- Try to do it as fast as you can
- Remember not to hold your breath!
- Breath the entire time; find a rythm
- Use links under workout for assistance

10 sit-ups
9 push-ups
10 sit-ups
8 push-ups
10 sit-ups
7 push-ups
10 sit-ups
6 push-ups
10 sit-ups
5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
4 push-ups
10 sit-ups
3 push-ups
10 sit-ups
2 push-ups
10 sit-ups
1 push-up
10 sit-ups
10 push-ups!
Thats right 65 push-ups and 100 sit-ups! This will be sure to give you a burn. If you want to do this more than once; use it for 4 weeks total about 3 times a week and then switch to something else. Or just use it 1 time a week or every 2 weeks.
You cannot stay with the same workout too long or you will plateau!
Too Long = over 6 weeks
