HB1255 & it's Senate Version SB247 TO REGULATE PROGRAM INTEGRITY, INVESTIGATION, OVERSIGHT, AND AUDIT FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE AS THEY RELATE TO THE ARKANSAS MEDICAID PROGRAM, Would reduce the number of illegal aliens accessing the financial unstable medicaid system. It's a great part of self deportation legislation that passed in Georgia.

SB93 of Oklahoma is an anti-Obamacare Bill. It is based on The Tenth Amendment Center’s model legislation for nullification, and would be a powerful deterrent if enacted.

The 1986 amnesty 3.0 plan (aka the 2013 US Senate immigration reform package) was created behind closed doors by a group of Senators known as The Gang of 8.
