HB1207 is a bill that allows anyone to opt out of the installation of a smart meter. Several local governments are passing smart meters as part of UN Agenda 21. This Big Brother device allows governments to monitor how much electricity you use and with what. The regular electric meters are replaced, often by secret or by force, with meters that emit radio frequencies to government/UN/unknown Agencies.

Another dangerous statement from this bill is in line 36 of page 1 to line 1 of page 2 which states, "Require electric utilities to include renewable energy resources as an integral part of their energy portfolios". This bill is just as bad if not worse than HB 1450, The Carbon Dioxide Storage Act that I led the effort in defeating in the last legislative session.
