Sadly, Arfa Karim Randhawa has died. The child prodigy's death caused Microsoft's Bill Gates to mourn the loss of the Pakistani girl, dead of an epileptic seizure. More than the youngest Certified Professional; the teen genius was an Angel gone too soon.
At only 9-years-of-age, the intuitive girl became the youngest Microsoft-Certified Professional in IT and programming. Her raw gift of knowledge was well beyond her chronological years. While many people struggle for the coveted computer certification, the Pakistani girl made it look very simple, like riding a bike or brushing one's teeth.

On Dec. 22, the 16-year-old girl suffered a seizure that left her with brain and heart damage. The episode was a strain on her heart. Unfortunately, she experienced cardiac arrest and was placed on life support in critical condition, citing the Christian Post.
During her stay at the hospital, a breathing tube in her throat caused an episode of bleeding. She was transferred to the emergency room, but never recovered. Doctors gave a grim prognosis for survival. A short time later, Arfa Karim Randhawa died.

Before her death, Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates was so intrigued by her genius and warm character; he offered to pay for better care in the United States. Reports are he is now mourning the loss of the "teen genius."

According to Business Insider, the child prodigy was buried in a village near her home in Faisalabad, Pakistan. A permanent monument will be built in her honor of the charming girl.
