The Arena League invited Tim Tebow to join them if he doesn't catch on with another NFL team. According to ESPN on March 17, the Orlando Predators offered Tebow a spot on their team if he wants to play arena ball.
While this might be seen as demoralizing for the quarterback who won a Heisman Trophy, won a national championship for the Florida Gators, and then led the Denver Broncos to the playoffs, it is at least a chance to play football. It seems like no one wants him to take the field for them in the NFL.
In the Arena League, Tebow could actually take the field every game and work on his passing skills. Kurt Warner became a star in the Arena League before making his way back to the NFL and winning an MVP Award and a Super Bowl title. Tebow could maybe use it as a chance to do the same.
Plus, Orlando is back in Florida where Tebow is still a hometown hero. Would Tebow rather carry the clipboard and continue to get disrespected like he did with the New York Jets, or start for a team in the Arena League? Tebow has a chance here to take control of his career once again.
