For the second year in a row, the Jacksonville Sharks have gotten top honors from the Arena Football League for their season ticket sales campaign. Specifically, the AFL has selected Jacksonville's TV commercial as the best in the league.
“We are proud to accept this honor for a second consecutive season,” Sharks managing partner Jeff Bouchy said via press release. “Spectrum Films made our creative vision come to life on television screens throughout the Jacksonville area.”
This year’s winning commercial featured head coach Les Moss, mascot Chum, members of the Attack Dance Team, as well as fast-paced game highlights and fan testimonials.
“Spectrum is honored and privileged to work with such a great sports organization,” said Nick Furris, Spectrum’s Senior Producer/Director. “Jeff, Steve and Larry have always challenged us to create high quality and creative television spots and game-day experience videos. This honor confirms that this partnership is truly working! We look forward to another winning season of Sharks football both on and off the field.”
The Sharks have been playing in the Arena Football League since 2010, winning the Southern Division title during all four seasons of their operation. In 2011, the team defeated the Arizona Rattlers in Arena Bowl XXIV to capture their only national championship to date.
