You may start developing hyper-tension, blood pressure increases, head-ache and vomiting. These are the common symptoms if you are in stress. They also act as the indications that it is the right time for you to battle against stress.
Listening to Music and Watching favorite Videos: It is always suggestible that you should do the most favorite work that gives you highest amount of relaxation. Generally people love to hear music and watch movies when they want good relief. Why don't you also do the same? Just tune your favorite music and imagine yourself in it.
Physical Exercise: It could be jogging, cycling, swimming, yoga or any other sort of physical exercise. You can also involve in gardening work or similar stuff at your home. These small workouts give you greater benefits.
Book reading: Yes, it is taken for granted that most of us now indulge in reading books over internet. Do remember that reading a hard-copy of the book always good for health and more importantly for eyes. So try to read your favorite books like novels, magazines or the ones that keeps you active.
Pretend to be happy: Last but not the least, do not forget to be happy. Even if you pretend to be happy then slowly happiness is yours. No one can hurt you without your permission. So keep self-motivating yourself that you are a unique person and you can do wonders and think positively. This will beat your emotional stress in no time.
