Are you next for electronic torture?
Illuminating that U.S. human rights abuses at Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib are tip of the iceberg, a new human rights billboard in the state of Wisconsin is an example of what hundreds of thousands of tortured American Targeted Individuals want to see in every state to expose a well hidden crime against humanity. The billboard text includes, "Big Brother Watching You," "Are You Targeted?," "Electronic Harassment = Torture," and, "Are You Next?"
"[T]orture at Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib are a “by-product” of something much more sinister that is going on in our world," wrote former Intelligence community worker for Science Applications International Corporation, Donald F. Traux, now targeted for blowing the whistle.
Traux's statement above concurs with other specialists such as U.S. Air Force reservist, Lt. Col. Yvonne Bradley who reported over a year ago that Americans have only seen "tip of the iceberg" of torture horrors secretly practiced in their name. With decades of professional involvement with the FBI and other intelligence agencies, internationally acclaimed PI Bill Taylor also stated as much to this writer earlier this year. Mr. Jeff Rense recently stated on his radio program, Rense Radio Network, that mistreating targets no longer requires secret prisons because existing technology has created a "virtual prison" in which people are subdued.
Now, the tortured and injured in such invisible, silent, virtual prisons are pooling their little strength and few resources for billboards to alert the American public about the secret crime against humanity occurring in local neighborhoods by operatives who can target anyone next. Led by human rights defenders, Kenneth Rhoades of Michigan and Lisa Becker of Milwaukee, the billboard project is a major achievement by the ever increasing number of Targeted Individuals crippled physically and psychologically by in-home and community electronic torture injuries.
This form of torture in the "War on Terror" since 911 is covered-up by mainstream media that blacks-out on the secret government sanctioned program and by health professionals who typically attribute the crime to target "delusion." The growing, hidden world of top secret America is being investigated by Pulitzer Prize winner Dana Priest and military expert and reporter William Arkin, as the video below documents. As one target, Jeremy, writes, "There is a societal dance of denial in progress, and it takes the willful ignorance of the general public to keep the dance going."
Another target, Pat, explains below the billboard project's accompanying new Youtube video that she contributed, "This project is in place to help expose these evil crimes so many of us suffer from."
Although one large Targeted Individual organization repeatedly uses the term "harassment," including in its name, the injurious assaults on an estimated 350,000 Americans targets meet criteria of more than harassment. It is torture.
Electronic weapons and "devices" are aimed at targets to "remotely deliver frequencies which can produce a variety of ill effects on the human mind and body, such as pain, pin pricks, disorientation, nausea, irregular heartbeat, strokes, cancers, synthetic telepathy (hearing human voices in the mind), and much more," according to Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCSH).
Many Targeted individuals now view the assaults on them as part of a war on the people, as the FBIs counterintelligence program, COINTELPRO has secretly conducted for decades. That program now operates under a different name, collaborating with a web of other secret "security" agencies deployed with military grade weapons.
These abuses are so extreme, as supported by the USA PATRIOT Act, the Bill Of Rights Defense Committee (BORDC) is urging Americans to be in Washington DC in January to tell members of congress in person "what you think about the PATRIOT Act, wasteful spending on national security programs, and spying on law-abiding Americans."
BORDC reports, "Congress won’t act unless We the People demand it, so come to DC and raise your voice."
The website, "Are You Targeted?"is managed by a target, Jeremy, who states about the program treatment, "In essence, this is an open secret, kept out of the general public’s awareness by several factors which the masterminds behind targeting programs have fully accounted for." Explained on this website is:
- The tactics used against targets are specifically designed to discredit them;
- Bystanders who observe what’s going on find it is to their advantage to be willfully ignorant;
- Most people who participate don’t know full extent of what a campaign entails, and those who do know are afraid of having this machinery turned against them;
- The most mentally unbalanced targets are assisted in publicizing their experiences;
- There is widespread corruption and subversion of the agencies entrusted to maintain law and order, and of the mainstream media, which is supposed to uncover programs like these.
"While these political weapons have been used against government officials and employees to keep them 'in line' since the 1990′s or before, reports about this type of covert activity have been flooding in since 2001. It seems that there is now a global, and currently invisible, purge of undesirables underway," Jeremy states.
According to Are You Targeted?, people illegally experimented on in previous government programs (such as MKULTRA), or targeted decades ago by COINTELPRO "like the East German Stasi, appear to be the highest value targets.
The former intel employee, Donald Traux reports he has been under "covert-overt attack by the National Security Apparatus for whistle-blowing." He blew the whistles on the office where he worked at Chantilly, VA right beside Dulles International Airport, the Science Applications International Corporation, was empty the morning of the 11th of September 2001." "My hope is that one day these programs will be exposed," he recently stated.
Max Williams, an FFCHS board member, recently stated, “Raising public awareness, such as the use of billboards and other avenues, is the most important way victims can fight back against the remote assaults, which appear to be the work of rogue elements of US military and intelligence agencies.”

Pat states in the video text, "So sorry at this tie I cannot afford to give but this is my small effort to help in the only way I know how right now. After 20 years of victimized I have nothing to give but my time."
Part of the "treatment" is blacklisting targets. Most are workplace mobbed out of the workforce and subsequently out of the lifestyle of which they were accustomed. According to internet target self-support groups, many are homeless, couch-surfing or worse, plus assaulted electronically.
Below the Billboard Project Youtube, Pat says, "As a victim of these most sick crimes for 20 years, I ask anyone who can afford to donate to do so. I have not been able to work for 15 years now because of the suffering and pain from the military grade weapons being used to assault me."
In October, FFCHS sent dozens of affidavits to the Department of Justice seeking help for Targeted Individuals since the FBI has consistently refused to investigate claims of new, high-tech weapons systems assault torture reported by hundreds of innocent citizens. Appealing to the Department of "Justice" proved non-productive, so FFCHS is now appealing to Congress according to Derrick Robinson, head of FFCHS.

Some TIs speculate the electronic effects may be coming via satellite, perhaps in combination with cell phone towers, and may not necessarily be your neighbors, although there's no reason to suppose it couldn't be your neighbors. There seems to be no end to the lengths these sickos will go to and they appear to have bottomless pockets, so renting or buying the place next to the TIs is chump change to them.

I disagree that the most mentally unstable are being assisted in publicizing their experiences, or that this program is a purge of undesirables. The most stable and mentally competent among us are exposing this crime, and I don't see that any of us are undesirables in society. Many targets are children, and the whistleblowers among us should not be classified as undesirables, they were trying to do their civic duty in reporting a crime, but instead of being rewarded, they are being punished for speaking out. The gang stalkers are the mentally unstable undesirables in our society.
What should be and what is are undergoing a massive disconnect b/c our culture for millennia was influenced and lately outright designed by sociopaths, i.e. people who lack a conscience. Sociopaths are lazy and greedy and they want to use the work and resources of the masses to enrich only themselves.
The targets who are children can often be the children of whistleblowers, activists, and other TIs and get roped into it by association.
Just look at you-tube at some nutters' videos of stalking incidences that show Absolutely Nothing At All... except maybe some purported TI making an ass of him/herself abusing what appears to be a passerby. That is the kind of thing they're talking about. People who don't even seem to have the wherewithal to dial a phone properly are posting to You Tube. That is suspicious. I know it's almost impossible to capture stalking incidents on video and can be frustrating but a sane person realizes they haven't caught anything on tape so doesn't post. I know that those people could easily be real TIs at the end of the TI life cycle, descending into helpless lunacy and if so I deeply pity them and wish I could save them all. But some of those people are almost certainly perps setting all TIs up to look like kooks, which is precisely what they want the general population to continue believing.

Hi I'd like to share my suggestion, personally I drive my car with a bumper-sticker reading "mwterror.org" which is my own web site. Not the best web site to inform people, however the URL does probably catch some people's attention.

I am so very glad that is topic is getting exposure. I endured this form of behavior manipulation and modification for approximately four years at a work place back in the 1990’s. The location was also in close proximity to an airport and air force base. It was a long process from acceptance of what was actually happening to discussing it with other co-workers to receive validation and ultimately quitting the place to get out alive. It was a very slow process to reintegrate my personality into wholeness again. Slow and painful. I have read where the goal of this is to divide people into two camps. One which are runners able to react on command without thought and question. The other is an “Agent” status, people of higher intelligence able to carry out more complex tasks or manage other runners to accomplish the goals of the handlers. Never would have believed this could be true unless it happened to me. Since leaving I can’t say that I have endured any additional harassment, however if I am then I have learned to live with it and have integrated it as a “background noise” and stay productive and functional despite it. God can help in this matter with very amazing results. Prayers to God not only give an individual strength but it appears to give you an unseen fist that is used against ones molesters. Even if one is not affiliated with a religion just simple prayers seem to assist tremendously and I highly recommend utilization of this important defensive tactic.

Masked as part of a hernia operation, I got my mastoid implants at a VA 1984. The only record available is for the hernia operation, the other 5 hours are not findable. Originally land based, later satellite transmitted, the system uses mind control (low) frequencies built into some type of high frequench. The signals work in pairs; the left and right (mastoid) received signals are combined; the difference is the mind control signal. The detector circuitry is glued to the inner skull thusly the skulll broadcasts it to the brain. There are 3 pairs of signals, which control 3 different body functions. Some are not noticable or above the threshold of awareness; a few are. The most difficult to handle is when they place me on 4 hours sleep 4 hours awake on an unending cycle for weeks (month +). I always have been easy going, but I am aware when they put me in the "grumpy" Jumpy irritable mode (it isn't "me"). We have found the drill holes in the mastoids, but have no way to proceed any further. Can't prove a thing has happened.

Hi, my common law wifes ex husband was the Director of truck safety for a large industrial state, and was appointed by Homeland Security to a panel of 13 people from around the country. I have proof and can prove of all involved.( Realtors /Postal workers/ Drug dealers/Gangs/ Neighbors/Doctors /Lawyers/County Attorney/etc,) I've had my home raided by the local Police Swat Team . This was done with no probable cause .It dragged it out for over a year, making me miss work once a month for a year . They dropped all charges only when they knew i was going to write to an appellite Judge. They watch my home, monitor my phone,internet, break in my home , vandalize my cars and property, etc. I have even moved to another state. I have kept deligent records of all of this and can prove misconduct . I now need someone who has the ability /resources to investigate this. I can prove : Federal/State /Local government involement, Misconduct by the Police (in 2 states), County Attorneys/the Count Clerks Office/the IRS/ Realtors in 2 states,etc; If someone is willing to investigate they will blow this "targeted Individuals" story wide open.
I am desperate and probably will have something happen to me soon so ,if anyone knows an org or agency that may help please let me know thanks. I will write more details of my situation in future posts

This is very organized , they (the government) allow drugs like, Meth and Crack to permeate the Cities, neighborhoods, rural areas.This is'nt done by accident. It is "allowed" to happen because,
you can easly control a population of Meth/Crack heads. When you become addicted to a drug like crack /Meth,
you become morally bankrupt and will do what ever it takes to stay free and high.
Now just think if these drugs did'nt exist?Then the police would'nt have an army of souless peole that would trade their mothers for freedom and another hit. Yet most CI's are drug addicts that would sell their mother for freedom. This "targeting" is done through: Business's,Phone ,Internet providers, utility workers,realtors,
your boss, coworkers,neighbors, police officers,local/state/federal agencies.
Some times, the perps may not even know why they are doing something bad. They are fooled into thinking the target is a bad person(a drug dealer/rapist/pedeofile/ theif,etc.)
Then they are "guided" by manipulators, that make you appear to be a bad person that deserves what is happening to you. The unwilling perps think they are doing something good for the community. It makes them feel as if they did something heroic and worth while. Normal people are coopted into doing things they would never do if they thought the target was a victim instead of a criminal. If you go to someone and tell them bad things about a stranger,then you have your friends say the same thing ,eventually that person will start to see the target as the criminal they said he was, it's that easy . Then mix in an army of Meth/Crack heads that are paid CI's and will do anything for money/drugs/freedom.......

It exists in Tallahasse, Florida. Law enforcement, lawyers, politicians and the elite are involved. No surprise here! I've heard of a few related to some deep pockets getting stalked here. This place is all about power and control. Give an addict money to do the dirty work and keep them under control. In politics, favors beget favors.
I looked into cell phone towers, chemtrails, the ties my spouse has with the D.O E, Fusion Centers, land use laws, who lives near me, geothermal, tpms units on tires and more. What are the ties? One guess.
I've been zapped, experiened mail tampering, pets targeted, car parts changed, the house broken into, etc. I know now the neighbors are involved. All it takes is a " neighborhood watch" and someone telling them lies about you. In my case a very angry perp who was arrested for domestic violence and blames me for his actions. And he is very rich. I'm not. Even if he is my soon to be ex.
Staying safe takes being vigilant. We have one another to know we are not crazy like the criminals behind this terrorism. One day! And.... never forget!
I have been targeted because I have posted videos telling my UFO experience. Since then I have been sexually harrassed during dream state. It got worse to the point I feel I got raped and I now feel vulnerable and enraged.

I am a former Detective of the Milwaukee Police Department who in 2006 reported the theft of overtime monies by other detectives. The overtime expendature for the department is now six to seven million dollars less than it was in 2006. The FBI set up 24/7 surveilllance on my house and had the neighbors gang stalk me. I've been tased in my house twice when I went for medical treatment they sliced me with a laser type weapon across my lower back. I've been struck with a pain producing weapon in church. The FBI keeps trying to frame me, I don't know why the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office doesn't start prosecuting these criminals.
