It is time for the Best of Fall Home Show at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus. This year’s show will run September 11-13th! There will be more than 300 exhibits and attractions letting guests check out new décor ideas, gather money-saving tips for winterizing, shop the vendors, and meet local contractors and businesses to serve your home design needs.
Special areas include Designers Showcase; Landscapes That Inspire; Furniture & Furnishings, Gourmet Marketplace and the Home Idea Center Stage which will feature expert demonstrations and celebrity guests such as ABC’s Extreme Makeover star Rib Hillis.
Worried about activities for the kids? Family Day at the Best of Fall Home Show in Columbus is Sunday, September 13, 2009! The day will be filled with family-oriented activities! Visit Kids Korner which will feature kid friendly crafts and activities, including pumpkin and cookie decorating, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.! The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium's special animal program visits at 1 p.m., there is an Amateur Cake Decorating contest at 2 p.m., with cake sampling at 3:30! There will chances to meet Nickelodeon's Diego, Agent GoodGreen, Eco the Turtle and CoCo,the mascot from CoCo Key Water Resort throughout the day.
Show hours are Friday Noon – 8 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets $5 at the door. Children ages 12 and under are admitted free!
