Are these Frank Conaway Sr. comments anti-Semitic?

Frank Conaway, Sr. had some very interesting things to say at the September 2010 meeting of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance of Baltimore & Vicinity. You can watch the full video of his speech below. The most controversial part of the video starts at the 2:17 mark. Conaway thinks that a political trick is being played on the voters. It involves the Bernstein last name. It is ironic that he is concerned about such a "trick" because he tries to confuse people with his family's last name in the same way he accuses the Bernsteins.

There also is a man with the last name of Bernstein running against Conaway's wife. Conaway feels that people will vote for the Bernstein running against his wife only because they think they are voting for the Bernstein who is running against Jessamy. He feels "that's an old trick they are playing". Who are "they"?  More quotes below:

"Play an old trick that they used to play on us years ago." Who are "they"?

"That was an old Jack Pollack trick they used to play on our community." Jack Pollack was an old school Jewish politician who controlled an old school political machine. He has been dead for many years. Again I am wondering who Conaway is talking about? I think this statement of his pretty much says it all.

"They are trying to steal a seat from us." Who are "they"?

"And they are trying to replace all of the African-American women who are doing a great job."  Who are "they"?  Your wife and Jessamy are doing a terrible job by the way.

Anti-semitic, maybe. Racist, maybe. Unintelligible? Definitely.

I am SO TIRED of one group trying to say that the rest of us no longer deserve a seat at the table. African Americans ARE NOT 100% of the Baltimore City electorate! It's racist to say that no other races deserve a political role in the city.

FRANK CONAWAY, YES YOU ARE A RACIST. I SEE THROUGH YOUR COMMENTS AND I, ALL MY FRIENDS, AND FAMILY VOTED AGAINST YOU AND YOUR WIFE!

this is really funny. one aa politician after another playing the race card. none of them can run on their record. not that their record matters anyway. what % of voters in this town reads a candidates record or can read at all for that matter. baltimore has somewhere in the neighborhood of 70% illiteracy. what that means is elections go to the best entertainer. guitar players, singers, jokesters, best dressed, good story tellers. these are the things that matter most to the baltimore votary.

Hey, Adam, didn't you engage in the same type of race-baiting when you suggested that Cleveland Browns fans hated Art Modell because they were a bunch of anti-Semites?

I can't stand the Conaways, but you should look in the mirror, dude.

Racism by blacks is well accepted. Remember when Ross Perot said "you people" and was not even talking about blacks?

I talked with some neighbors today who have been a true asset to the neighborhood who have had it and are leaving. They cited that their last straw was the three Conaways and the games they play. Wouldn't it be great if Baltimore did exit interviews as people left the city.

I'm going to help with the four Conaway exit from offices. They all are a joke and the dad I think must be a real idiot. Wasn't he involved in some crooked activities some years ago and just like Mayor Barry they keep voting the same ole crooks back in that steal your money right out of your pockets by calling them fees and taxes. It will be great to watch the destruction of a city from the outside, but if some of these same politicos get back in office in November, I'm out of here, I've had enough. I'm going back down South to the real plantation, but only this time I will own it and not the State and city will not tax the wyzo out of it like Baltimore and Maryland.
