No. If malefic energy is arising for you right now, it’s on your own dime; it's not due to the effects of this morning’s Red Eclipsed Moon.
City street lights…. dressed in holiday style
It was a pretty cool sight at around 6:00 a.m., this morning, PST. Our early Southeastern Oregon morning sky was still dark, and the eclipsed Moon on the Western horizon had just a splash of Sun glowing off its lower edge. Its reddish tone made it an unfamiliar sight…like there was something new in the sky.
I am in awe of the souls who sat, night after night, year after year, gazing at the roving and stationary celestial bodies; discovering man’s destiny through them…our evolution.
From centuries of star gazing and no T.V., we made maps, mathematical formulas, calendars, systems for living; we discovered the mysteries of the human body through these cosmic helpers. Beyond amazing.
Unfortunately, a nearby streetlight was glaring obnoxiously into an otherwise picturesque scene, but that’s the price for living in the booming metropolis of Klamath Falls! I’m sure out at my mom’s place between Chiloquin and Sprague River, essentially and conveniently, located in the middle of nowhere, it was awesome.
No news is good news
Astrologically, the reason I am absolutely 100% certain that this cosmic event has no negative, or malefic implications, as suggested by some astrologers, is that none of my teachers speak of this event.
Further, people were malefic yesterday, people are malefic today, and people are likely to be malefic tomorrow, regardless of the state of the Moon.
Do you see scientists running around in fear of today’s Moon?
It’s a cause and effect land – it’s not personal; it’s just law
Cosmic influences are difficult to discern…like many influences in life.
“The Devil made me do it”
Growing up with comedian, Flip Wilson, I heard this phrase first from his hilarious mouth.
In one of Marianne Williamson’s lectures on, A Course in Miracles, she says, “The problem isn’t that there is some force or entity out there causing us to be driven to wild notions and fearful behaviors; the problem isn’t that there is a Devil out there …the problem is that it’s all in our own minds. The Devil, the impulse of fear, lays in wait within us until we ask for a miracle: to see differently.
The only thing we can change is our mind.
Cosmic art
Local astronomy buff, Greg Christensen, says that, “During a lunar eclipse, the moon appears a deep red." Christensen said that effect can be attributed to the earth's atmosphere. The earth blocks all the light, but the atmosphere bends the light rays," Christensen said.
"The red light, which is at a lower frequency, curve and make it through the atmosphere, while the higher frequencies, like blue, are blocked. This is the same phenomenon that makes the setting sunlight appear red.”
I’ve always thought the red hues at sunset were caused by pollutants in the atmosphere.
Earth. It's a beautiful place to visit.
