After a handful of years on the show, Dr. Terry is no longer excited about filming the Bravo hit and may want to move on and focus on his successful new E! series, "Botched."
“It was a weird season,” Dr. Terry told Wetpaint Entertainment on Aug. 14. “As of right now, I don’t want to go back next season. No way. But that remains to be seen. I mean, I have my own TV show and I’m busy working on that — I have no idea.”
For the first couple of seasons of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," the Dubrows were fan favorites. However, during the show's currently airing ninth season, things to a strange, or "weird," turn, with cast members and fans turning their backs on the couple.
While Bravo hasn't yet confirmed the cast of the show's 10th season -- or even the show itself -- there have been a few rumors about who would continue and who would not. Last month, Radar Online published a report, claiming Lizzie Rovsek had been axed from the series while Shannon Beador, also new this year, would be moving on to season 10. At the time, sources claimed Rovsek was simply too boring, but Beador, on the other hand, had captured the attention of fans -- and of producers.
So far, Heather has yet to comment on her husband's proclamation, but when it comes down to it, it's hard to think that she would leave the show. Since joining the series, Heather's acting career has gotten a complete reboot, and she's been featured on several shows, including "Hot In Cleveland."
Dr. Terry's E! reality show, "Botched," was renewed for a second season a couple of weeks ago, following a successful season one, in which Janice Dickinson had her breast implants redone.
"The Real Housewives of Orange County" season nine finale airs Monday, Aug. 18 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
