Arcade Fire fans in Brooklyn, N.Y. appear to be the latest lucky recipients of a pair of secret shows slated for next weekend courtesy of the band's alter ego 'The Reflektors.'
According to an article posted Oct. 13 at NME.com via Arcade Fire tube's Twitter update, posters advertising a pair of shows on Oct. 18 and Oct. 19 under the band's pseudonym have sprung up in the borough.
The venue location has yet to be named “due to permit logistics.” Stayed tuned for details!
The posters reads, "formal attire or costume mandatory - prizes for best costume," the same request made when band played two secret shows in their hometown last month.
The Canuck indie rockers appeared under the Reflektors guise at Montreal's Club Salsathèque, charging a mere $9 for admission.
The shows were recorded and included in a live video titled 'Here Comes the Night,' which premiered on NBC last week, following the band's hit appearance on 'Saturday Night Live.'
Arcade Fire have been promoting their upcoming album 'Reflektor' and recently previewed a new track from the release titled 'Awful Sound (Oh Eurydice).
'Reflektor' hits shelves on Oct. 28 and is available for pre-order at ArcadeFire.com.
