The new Aqua Oasis, a Joy hotel, makes its official debut in Waikiki on April 15 following the completion of a $2.5 million renovation.
Formerly the Waikiki Joy, Aqua Oasis is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki within walking distance to the area’s best beaches, shops, dining and nightlife. The newly renovated, 96-room property welcomes guests with redesigned guest rooms, common areas and exterior landscaping that showcase an “urban loft meets Hawaii” design. The open lobby space has been transformed into a social hub for guests with a welcoming communal feel. Hotel amenities include: complimentary continental breakfast, karaoke studio, Kimukatsu (Japanese) restaurant, swimming pool and sauna.
Aqua Oasis features large spacious suites and loft-like apartments, perfect for groups and families. In the guest rooms, San Francisco designer Anthony Laurino combined playful design elements, such as bold patterns and bright color accents, with a backdrop of fresh neutral colors and natural finishes reflective of the hotel’s city-based, island location. Guest room amenities include: WiFi Internet access, private lanai, shower/soaking tub and more.
Aqua Oasis is located at 320 Lewers St.
