Each month AMC and the Autism Society present Sensory Friendly Films, a first run family film in a setting that is more enjoyable to special needs kids and their families. The lights are left on a little, the sound is turned down a little, and it's okay to talk, get up, walk around and even dance if the mood strikes. Movie goers are free to bring in snacks that fit special dietary needs. The admission price is reduced for these showings and all shows start at 10am. AMC theatres nationwide offer these Sensory Friendly Films. Our local locations include Woodland Hills, Burbank, Covina, Ontario and more.
