April is E-Cycle month at the Science Museum of Virginia

April is E-Cycle month at the Science Museum of Virginia in Richmond, benefitting VirginiaFIRST. It's a good time to clean out old electronics, make some extra room in your closets, and clean up your office.

Simply drop off your unwanted electronic devices for free at the Museum. You can recycle:

  • Computers
  • MP3s
  • Smart phones
  • Cell phones
  • Televisions
  • Other electronics

They also accept broken and working equipment, batteries, cables and chargers. Anything with data will be cleared of data to DOD standards. The event takes place from Monday, April 4, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. until Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
