Apple just posted tips and tricks guides on its website for iPhone 4s, 5s and 5c users, according to an Oct 6 report in “TUAW”. These online guides shows lots of iOS capabilities that most users don't know about but would find very useful.
These guides are a nice resource for both seasoned users of iOS, as well as, users new to Apple's mobile operating system. What's more, you can use all the tips and tricks, that aren't dependent on iPhone hardware, on your iPad and iPod Touch—and this reveals the advantages inherent in Apple's uniform approach to hardware and software. For example:
Let's say that you want to know the time that you sent an iMessage from either your iPhone or iPad. Well, on the Home Screen—of either device—you just tap iMessage to open the app. Then you touch and drag any of your message bubbles to the left to see their timestamps. Awesome!
Apple's posting of these new tips and tricks guides for iOS are very timely too. It was only about two weeks ago that iOS 7, the most radical redesign of iOS since Steve Jobs unveiled the original iPhone in 2007, was introduced.
