
These are a quick, easy and healthy snack for adults and children alike! It only takes about 3-5 minutes to prepare and is a great snack to make with your children.
Apple Cinnamon Shakeups
- 1 apple, cut into slices or chunks
- Cinnamon sugar
- Plastic Bag
Pour cinnamon sugar in a plastic bag.
Add apple slices.
Shake.
Place coated apples on a plate and enjoy!
Cinnamon Sugar
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons of ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)
For another easy snack, cut up your apple and dip each piece into creamy peanut butter. Yum!
