Apollo’s legal and personal troubles seem to be burgeoning by the minute. Radar online recently reported that Apollo lost one of his homes for failing to pay taxes. The 4,687 square-foot home was sold at an auction for a disappointing $2,800. To make matters worse, Apollo’s marriage appears to be in serious jeopardy. Rumors have been circulating for months about the troubled couple divorcing. According to several media sources, Apollo and his wife, Phaedra Parks, have not been seen together in weeks. However, the gorgeous reality TV star was recently spotted celebrating gal pal, Fantasia's 30th birthday days before Apollo's impending sentencing.

Apollo’s legal troubles began back in January when he was indicted on fraud and identity theft. Apollo struck a plea deal and was given leniency for cooperating with federal investigators. This is not the first time apollo has been in trouble or in prison. He served a five-year sentence for crimes of a similar nature. His marriage to Phaedra Parks, an entertainment lawyer, is quite ironic considering her knowledge of the law and his criminal past. Nida’s illicit behavior has called into question Phaedra’s own reputation and what, if any, her participation was in her husband’s illegal dealings. Fortunately, Parks has never been indicted or named in any of his criminal proceedings.

Phaedra and Apollo has always maintained a united front in the public eye. Phaedra has adamantly stood by and supported Apollo through the cheating accusations, his criminal past, his salacious habit for strip clubs and irresponsible spending, but his eight-year prison sentence just may be the match in the powder barrel.

Sources have confirmed that Parks was not present during the sentencing. Sounds like trouble in paradise. Apollo told Radar Online that he and Phaedra are “working on their marriage”. The estranged couple both appeared on the spin-off show, “Kandi’s Wedding”, but was not filmed together. A few months back, Phaedra told Andy Cohen she would support Apollo until his legal matters were resolved. Apollo and Phaedra have been married for five years and share two children. Now that Apollo has been sentenced, does this mean Phaedra will file for divorce?
