Apollo Nida from "Real Housewives of Atlanta " entered a guilty plea to a $2.3 million fraud scheme. Although he has not yet received sentencing, he told Radar Online that he is staying positive. When he left the court house, he made the remark that he is still alive.

In January, ApolIo was charged with identity theft and bank fraud. According to prosecutors, he created fake companies which gave him access to names of people he could steal from. He also opened up fake bank accounts by using the names found in the databases. That gave him a place to funnel the stolen auto loans and U.S. Treasury checks.

In March, Apollo's lawyers waived his indictment. This is a good indication that he was considering taking a plea deal.

So other than avoiding jail time, what are Apollo's plans? “Right now, I’m working on a three-part project on a new fitness series to compete with P90x and Insanity. I’m about to launch the pre-natal video for pregnant women. I’m working on a distribution deal. Working on Phine Dining. It’s a lot. We’re doing monthly subscriptions to the site. I have a lot of positive things out there to talk about.”
