Apollo Nida made a life changing decision on Tuesday and his world could drastically change soon. The star from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” has decided to plead guilty to an alleged complicated $2.3 million fraud scheme. According to RadarOnline on Tuesday, the decision was made by the star to plead guilty and he is hoping for the best in the situation.

Now what happens for Apollo Nida? According to Reality Tea, the plea deal hasn't officially been put into the court record as it was decided late in the evening so all the details aren't known. Nida is now facing the sentencing portion of the charges and some point in the very near future the fans will find out his fate.

What many viewers wonder is what will happen to his children if he goes to jail? Apollo could be sentenced up to 30 years of hard time and his kids could be teens or adults by the time he gets out. With a strong mother, there is no doubt the family will survive but it is still a very difficult situation for everyone.

While Wet Paint is reporting that Judge Charles Pannell has set the sentencing hearing for July 8, before then the star still has plans to put together more projects as he waits to hear his fate. Knowing it could be anything from a long time in jail to house arrest, it appears to be anybody’s guess on what might happen next.

Fans of the series expected he would make a decision after all the Bravo installments of the reunion shows had ended. Hoping to keep his celebrity status going through the season, it appears that the show wanted to make sure the legal issues didn't cloud the story with Kenya Moore (and it looks like it all worked out in the TV world.)
