Any Wrangler Owners want to increase their power?

There is a product that was featured at SEMA 2013 that is a turbocharger made by Magnuson Products, LLC. You can buy a turbocharger that was made for a vehicle made back to 1950, but from 1950-1996 their turbochargers fit "universal" vehicles.

In 1997 they started making a turbocharger for a Chevrolet Corvette 5.7L LS1 engine, in 1999 they expanded to some select Chevy 1500 and 2500 models; and they are still expanding.

From 2006-2010, this company made a turbocharger for the Jeep Grand Cherokee 6.1L HEMI engine.

In reference to the Jeep Wrangler, the turbocharger from Magnuson Products, LLC can fit the 3.8L Wrangler motor from the years of 2007 up to 2010 with a break in 2011, and then they proceeded with 2012 and 2013 vehicles.

Feel free to do some research and see if installing a turbocharger in the 3.8L Wrangler motor can make it more powerful than the current 3.6L Pentastar motor that is in the Wrangler. It could be interesting to see the comparisons of results for each engine configuration in terms of speed.
