Actor Anwan Glover, who played gang member Slim Charles in the HBO series “The Wire,” was a victim of real life violence. According to a report by local ABC affiliate WJLA, Glover was stabbed in a D.C. nightclub early on Sunday morning.

The stabbing was part of three reports of violence that took place in local clubs throughout the D.C. area within a time frame of an hour and a half. Two of the incidences took place at Café Asia and one at the Red Lounge. Police, however, do not believe that the attacks were related.
