Antonio Tarver, who co-starred in the 2006 motion picture “Rocky Balboa,” has been arrested in Florida. Antonio Tarver is charged with not paying a $200,000 debt in markers to Wynn Las Vegas Casino in Nevada, according to a Fox News report on Tuesday.

Tarver, 45, who is a former heavyweight champion, was arrested on Saturday in Florida on a fugitive warrant which had been issued by authorities in Nevada. Following a traffic stop executed by the Florida Highway Patrol, Tarver was arrested.

Reportedly, the former champion boxer was arrested because he didn’t show up for a court appearance in Clark County Nevada. Bail has been set for Tarver at $215,425. There is no word as to whether or not he has sought representation by a lawyer in the case. The report includes mention of jail records which indicate that Tarver was charged in Nevada with having passed a check of no value.

Besides a past champion boxing career, Tarver won a bronze medal at the Atlanta Olympics. Besides the co-starring movie role, he has also been a Showtime Sports Boxing commentator in the past.
