Anti-Valentine's Day Events

iRicchi's Anti-Valentine's Day Party (Thursday, February 13, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM)

Tickets are priced at $29 per person, and include hors d'oeuvres and two special anti-valentine cocktails: The Bitter Pill, It’s Not Me, It’s You, Love on the Rocks, Seduction and Single Minded. Those will make watching other couples on Valentine's Day a little more bearable.

OnTap's Worst Date Happy Hour at Madhatter (Thursday, February 13, 6 PM – 8 PM)

Expect a big crowd for On Tap Magazine's Worst Date Happy Hour at Madhatter in Dupont Circle. Free food and drink but you have to RSVP!

Woodrow Wilson House Speakeasy Bash (Thursday, February 13, 7 PM – 9 PM)

Hang out at President Woodrow Wilson's house for an old fashioned speakeasy party. Live music by the "swingin' jazz quartet" Laissez Foure, dancing and dance demo by Jam Cellar, 1920s costume contest with prizes. Light refreshments and vintage cocktails - drinks sponsored in part by Blackwater Distilling and Sloop Betty Vodka!

Washingtonian Magazine Singles Soiree (Friday, February 14, 7 PM – 11 PM)

Celebrate Anti-Valentine's Day with other singles at Penn Social at the Washingtonian Magazine Singles Soiree! Enjoy sweet treats, cocktails, live music, and play skeeball, shuffleboard, pool, foosball, and a game show-style dating game.

2nd Annual Condoms and Candy Necklaces Party at Wilson's Tavern (Friday, February 14, 8 PM – 2 AM)

Wilson Tavern is hosting a party with "one night stand" shots, candy necklaces, and free condoms. This will be one of DC's more livelier Valentine's Day events!

Stupid Cupid Stop Light Party at Catch 15 (Friday, February 14, 10 PM – 3 AM)

Gilt City and The Nightlife Agency team up for a huge stoplight party! Singles and couples are welcome to get a ticket for this party, which includes one hour of open bar and glowy wristbands that let everyone know who's single (green), taken (red), and who to use caution with (yellow).
