The good thing about the fighting Peterson brothers is that they are used to having lay offs and when they get in the ring, there is little to no ring rust. Lamont has proven that time and time again. On Friday March 21, lightweight contender, Anthony Peterson will have to show there is little ring rust as he fights Marcos Jimenez from Puerto Rico on ESPN's Friday night fights from the Morongo Casino in Cabazon, California. Washington, DC's Peterson will be the co-feature.

Peterson's, (32-1, 21 KO's), last fight was on the card of Lamont and Kendall Holt at the DC Armory a few years ago. He scored a second round TKO over Mominic Salcido. Jimenez, (20-4, 13 KO's), scored an 8 round unanimous decision over Jose Hernandez in his last outing.

Observers over the years have often thought that Anthony was on par with the skills of his brother Lamont.. Both are in your face fighters with combinations and good defense in their arsenals. Anthony has recently signed with the Al Haymen stable of fighters and should be more active from this fight on. All of Washington, DC is anxious to see Anthony Peterson back in the ring and maybe the brothers will have 2 world champion belts to brag about. Please subscribe and follow the Peterson brothers and the other young pros representing the DMV,
