Another senior shepherd dumped, abandoned and betrayed: Let's help her

So Julius is a bit gray on her muzzle? Won't we all be old one day? We still deserve to be loved.
Pat Gregoire

Julius is a friendly nine-year-old German shepherd surrendered by her family on August 25. Sadly, no reasons for Julius' abandonment have been given, but it doesn't make her fate any less dangerous; Julius is at the busy, high kill shelter of Baldwin Park in California.

Click here for Julius' PetHarbor link. When inquiring about this dog, please reference A3939237.

Please join in as humane advocates and dog lovers use Facebook to network the emergency need to help find this gorgeous senior a second chance at life. Julius is alert, sweet and should be curled up on a soft rug in a home instead of in a kennel at the shelter.

Several volunteers have pledged donations for a qualified rescue. Please share Julius' story with your friends, family and coworkers. Sharing saves lives. Although you may not be able to help this dog at this time, please pass her story onto a friend. It only takes one special person to make a special connection with Julius and give this beautiful dog her second chance.

Baldwin Park shelter is open for adoptions seven days a week. The facility is located at 4275 Elton Street, Baldwin Park, California 91706
