Another possible ‘Modern Warfare 4’ image revealed; clarification posted (Photos)

Another possible image has been revealed for the upcoming rumored multiplatform title, “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.” According to a report by the NeoGAF forum on Feb. 22, the teaser picture listed a release date of Nov. 11 with the following tag line: “Ready to get back to basics?” However, it was quickly proven to be not real as the artwork was done by a fan in late 2012. You can check out the “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4” fan made teaser image, as well as some screens from the recently-released “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2,” in the slideshow at the top of this article.

Activision previously confirmed that they will be releasing a new “Call of Duty” video game, which is believed to be “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4,” in late 2013.

“Call of Duty: Black Ops 2,” the newest installment in the series, was released for multiple gaming platforms in North America late last year. You can order the title in the following link: “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2”
