Another Day!

We are so blessed to have another day! Another day to love our family. Another day to thank God for our blessings. Another day to say "I love you" to someone. Another day to show someone we care. Another day to be grateful. Another day to give a hug. Another day to show kindness. Another day to spread the Gospel. Another day to tell someone about Jesus. That seems to cover it all. Oh no, wait a minute, another day to say "I forgive you." You know what I'm talking about. You know that friend or family member that hurt you. You know that hurt you have been carrying around for so long. You know that hurt is eating you up inside. You need to forgive so you can be all that God wants you to be. Maybe, they haven't hurt you, but they are carrying around guilt or shame from something they did to you. They may need to hear from you that you forgive them for what they have done. God has great plans for you!

Colossians 3:13  You must make allowance for each other's faults and forgive the person who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

How blessed we are that we have been given another day. Take this day as your opportunity to forgive others. Forgiving others is so easy to do my friends. Think of the other person and realize how forgiveness will change their life. Think of yourself and realize how forgiveness will change your life! Grace and peace my friends! In Christ, Steve

I am always thankful to have another day. Maybe not for all the same reasons you are, but I agree with the sentiment.

I'm also glad to see that Examiner.com finally enacted some method to allow its authors to exercise some level of control in their comments area. I'm somewhat disappointed to see that it has been used to delete civil posts. Oh well, your place; your rules I suppose.

Hello Daddy Stegosaurus, You are right, your posts were very civil and I apologize for deleting them. I have not been doing this long and I was not sure what the process was. I didn't delete them because you disagreed with me or my beliefs only that I was wanting to keep the Devotionals in a positive tone. I now have realized that it is a mistake for me to delete anyones comments as long as they are civil. I appreciate your comments and thank you for dropping by and taking the time to read my Devotionals. We are all thankful for another day and I hope you have a great one! Blessings my friend, Steve
