SAVE is a private shelter and animal welfare organization dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of companion animals in the greater Princeton area. SAVE strives to substantially reduce animal overpopulation and the corresponding euthanasia of adoptable and treatable animals.

Since 1941, SAVE has been dedicated to strengthening the human-animal bond. The SAVE family works tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of many deserving pets by cleaning cages, walking dogs, socializing the animals in residence, and assisting with special events. SAVE depends on the community at large to support the shelter’s resident dogs and cats.
