August 28, 2010 -- Today, Anna Paquin gets the prize for wearing the most interesting dress on the Emmy Awards 2010 red carpet.

The True Blood star is truly fashion forward on the Emmy Awards red carpet, but that's not surprising. This newlywed seems to know what style means -- and she's not afraid to be different..

At this event, held at the Nokia Theatre, LA Live, Paquin strutted before all the reporters and other glitterati wearing an Alexander McQueen gown with an asymmetrical hemline and a gold neckline that resembled a royal fairytale character's style detail, perhaps that of a warrior princess.
