Jennifer Aniston's wedding date is allegedly set. The 44-year-old "Marley & Me" actress and her 41-year-old actor, director and screenwriter fiancé, Justin Theroux, will reportedly marry after March 8 when Jennifer is done with her film "Untitled Elmore Leonard Project." However, even though the pair is set to marry, there may be no kids in the picture, reports Hollywood Life on Feb. 27.
"Jen never thought that kids automatically mean a happy life," said a source. "She’s always said that she would love to have a baby, especially since Justin came into her life, but she won’t be upset or disappointed if it doesn’t happen."
Kids never happened for Jen when she was married to Brad Pitt, an actor who currently has six children with actress Angelina Jolie. However, there's a question. Is 44 too old to have a baby?
Celebrities such as Halle Berry, Tina Fey, and Mariah Carey gave birth after 40, but pregnancy after 40 is not without problems. "Pregnancy over 40 has an increase in maternal pregnancy complications; there is an increased risk to the baby, and it is harder for women over 40 to get pregnant, reports Pregnancy Tips and Advice.
However, Aniston is a healthy and wealthy star who, if she wanted to give birth to a baby, could likely do so. SheKnows advises healthy pregnancy tips for women over 40: plan ahead, maintain a healthy pregnancy weight, live clean, and get plenty of rest. They also warn that the longer a woman over 40 waits to get pregnant, the riskier it gets.
