On Friday, April 10, Spokane-area crime fiction author Frank Zafiro announced on his Facebook page that the Amazon Kindle edition of "Ania: A Trilogy", an omnibus collecting three books he co-wrote with Jim Wilsky, would go on sale as part of his ongoing "March Craziness" book promotion.

According to the product description on Amazon, 'Ania: A Trilogy' is a bundle containing all three hard boiled novels from Jim Wilsky and Frank Zafiro that feature the seductive grifter, Ania (or Annie, or Annika, as the case may be). Included in this one volume are 'Blood on Blood' (#1), 'Queen of Diamonds' (#2), and 'Closing the Circle' (#3).

"This bundle contains the complete set of Ania novels. These novels are told in a dual first person narrative in alternating chapters. Each novel features a different pair of protagonists. The constant throughout all three books? The title gives it away. It is Ania. Sexy, mysterious Ania, the grifter that many men will try to either possess...or stop."

On his Facebook page, Zafiro gave his fans all the important details about his latest promotion with Wilsky.

According to Zafiro, "$... [a] 9.99 value on sale for seven days. [It] starts at 99 cents and will slowly raise to $4.99 over the week. Get yours soon while it is cheapest!"

Crime fiction lovers in the greater Spokane area will probably enjoy the novels included in "Ania: A Trilogy." "Blood on Blood" is a tightly plotted, fast-paced book set on the mean streets of Chicago as two estranged half-brothers race against time and each other to find extremely valuable diamonds their father stole. The sequel "Queen of Diamonds" shifts gears as Ania goes to Las Vegas and becomes involved with two high stakes poker players. The third book "Closing the Circle" brings everything to a stunning conclusion as some of Ania's past sins come back to haunt her.

"Ania: A Trilogy" will also be available soon in a hardcover edition featuring a cover by local artist and author Eric Beetner. Zafiro posted a sneak preview of the jacket art on his Facebook page recently.

According to Zafiro, "The book itself looks great. It will be for sale soon for $39.99. I'll post a link when it is. I may also feature this as a prize in a future stay tuned."

Zafiro usually posts information about book promotion, upcoming appearances and other information his fans would want to know on his official website and his Twitter feed.
