An angry mother in Wyoming is selling her 16-year-old son’s Ford Ranger because he got caught driving drunk, WYRK reported on Jan. 10.
The 1993 Ford Ranger was driven for three months “before son forgot to use his brain” and got caught driving drunk. The ad, listed in the newspaper under “400 For Sale: Trucks” in the Northern Wyoming Daily News, says to call the meanest mother in Wyoming and lists her phone number. The ad for the Ford Ranger no longer appears on the Northern Wyoming News classified ads website.
The “For Sale” ad is making the rounds on the internet, and has been published on many radio station like 99.9 FM The Point, 107.9 The River and WYRK FM.
The full text of the classified ad reads:
“VERY mad mother selling 16 yr. old son’s 1993 Ford Ranger. Driver 3 mos. Before son forgot to use his brain and got caught driving drunk. $3,500 OBO. Call meanest mother in Wyoming, 307-xxx-xxxx.”
