Tatiana Turan was one of the many actors and celebrity lookalikes who attended The Reel Awards, recently, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This awards event was conceived in 1989 by Janna Joos of International Celebrity Images and Alana Joos of Entertainment Express.
The Joos sisters came up with the idea for an awards show so that celebrity impersonators and lookalikes had a way of acknowledging their professional performances in the entertainment industry, as well as encouraging new, up and coming talent.
The Reel Awards has been featured on entertainment news spots from Los Angeles to Austria, from Japan to Israel, and countless places in between. The Reel Awards has also been featured on BBC, The Jimmy Kimmel Show, and On Air With Ryan Seacrest.
With that in mind, one can better see what Turan, and other talent, were a part of on March 4, 2010. The huge event was held on stage in the Theater of the Stars at the Stratosphere Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Turan was one of 16 winners in a variety of categories.

Tatiana Turan is a tribute artist, actress, dancer, singer and pilates instructor who knows what it is like to meet a challenge in the industry, the entertainment industry. In addition to portraying Angelina Jolie, two more celebrities Turan portrays are Paula Abdul and Jennifer Lopez. Turan has derived many experiences from her variety of performances, and winning such an award, The Reel Award. It was a well deserved honor for her.
Turan, along with a 'Brad Pitt' (Ryan Fraley) and a 'Johnny Depp' (Ron Rodriguez), were also award presenters that night. Here is what she had to say about receiving the award:

We, Ryan Fraley as Brad, Ron Rodriguez as Johnny Depp and myself, were headed out of the ballroom to go back stage for our turn to present. The next thing I know, the presenters on stage called my name. The music started playing, but I was all the way in the back of the ballroom at this point, so it took me forever to get up to the stage.
The whole time I was thinking 'Wow, I can’t believe it! I’m in shock. Good thing I have all this way to go, getting to the stage, to get myself together!'
By the time I made it up onto the stage I was still in shock but so thankful for such an amazing title! The Impersonator You Love To Work With award is a huge honor since it’s voted on by my peers, agents and producers in our industry. I am flattered and definitely felt the love in the room that evening!
I don’t really recall what I said, as I was truly in another world, but I do remember saying that 'I love working with all of you too!' I can’t wait to be able to see a video clip of it one of these days, so I can remember it all again."
