It was official, summer 2010, that Angelina Jolie would star as Cleopatra in the remake of Queen of the Nile, Cleopatra: A Life, based on the book by Stacy Schiff.
Jolie, too, is apparently set on writing and directing a love story and is in Hungary now, with family, in the pre-prodcution stage of the film, still unnamed.
After Salt and The Tourist in 2010, Jolie continues to keep busy with films. In Fung Fu Panda 2: the Kaboom of Doom (2011) she voices Master Tigress. For either 2012 or 2013 Cleopatra and the new unnamed film are upcoming.
Looks like Angelina Jolie has all genres covered, including one for the kids!
