Angelina Jolie wasn’t about flying the friendly skies when George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler hitched a ride with Angie and Brad on a private jet. All four of the celebrities were heading to Palm Springs International Film Festival earlier this month and left from LA together. Apparently Jolie went out of her way not to even look at Clooney’s new gal, never mind acknowledge her at all, according to Us Weekly.
While this incident might be considered rude, Angelina’s made no excuses in the past about her lack of female friends. She very open about her lack of girlfriends. She’s not a “girly girl” when it comes to sharing that bonding experience like going to the bathroom in duo’s when out at a restaurant that women tend to do. She’s not one for a girl’s day out at the spa or even to have coffee with the girls. She’s often said she really doesn’t talk to many people besides Brad.
There’s no word on how Keibler took the cold shoulder, but Clooney must have been a bit out of sorts, as Brad and Angelina have been friends of his for years. Then again, Angie may have had her reasons for the snub, maybe the two have crossed each other's paths even before Brad and George were on the scene.
This rare reaction from the woman, who's been so warm to many others when she travels the world as an ambassador, might come with a good reason. Angelina's lack of open arms for Clooney's new girl happened for a reason, but only she knows what that reason might be.
