Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt feed their children crickets instead of Doritos (Video)

Sales of crickets may skyrocket this week. Angelina Jolie has shared that her kids love eating the crispy bugs, according to a Jan. 23 Los Angeles Times article.

Angelina and her partner, Brad Pitt, are raising six little world travelers. Three of their six children were adopted internationally. The Pitt-Jolie kids were introduced to crickets while visiting Cambodia, the country in which the family’s oldest child, Maddox, was born.

Jolie said her sons adore eating crickets and that they eat them like other kids enjoy Doritos. Bugs of all sorts are a delicacy in other parts of the world. Angelina didn’t mention if her kids munch on roaches or ants as well.

When the Jolie-Pitt family is nestled in the United States, finding these rare items to eat must be a challenge. However, with their financial resources having them flown in is surely a possibility.

What do you think of Angelina Jolie letting her kids eat bugs? Would you let your kids try or will you stick to more traditional snacks?
