These travel bonds will be further strengthened with this new addition to the team as Angela has an extensive travel agent relations background in the luxury hospitality industry.

Angela joins Voyage by Pascale after working with Viceroy Hotels for over a decade. Beginning as Reservations Sales Agent at the Viceroy Santa Monica, Angela worked her way up to the Viceroy Hotel Group; starting as Group Coordinator, followed by Reservations Supervisor, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Guest Relations Manager.
During her time with Viceroy Hotel Group, Angela serviced groups for 6 luxury brand properties; managed, supervised, coached and developed a team of eight reservation agents; created and implemented product knowledge manuals for multiple hotels; exceeded sales goals by increasing department revenue quarterly and solely handled dedicated Villa Specialist 800 number for Viceroy Anguilla.
In 2011, Angela became the Assistant Luxury Travel Manager at Viceroy Anguilla where she continued to manage all festive reservations and inventory for the third consecutive year due to prior successes through her roles at Viceroy Hotel Group; arranged concierge itineraries prior to arrival for VIP guests; successfully served as point of contact for wholesalers and travel agents; and serviced groups pre-arrival for room blocking, rooming lists, and billing.
In Angela’s 11 years of experience providing exemplary guest service, she has received multiple awards & 7 promotions.
