Is Andy Samberg engaged? Well, he is if you believe his publicist, who is said to have confirmed that Samberg will soon walk down the aisle.
According to Yahoo, Andy Samberg’s publicist confirmed via email that Samberg is indeed engaged to be married.
"I can confirm that Andy Samberg and Joanna Newsom are engaged,” said Carrie Byalick.
Samberg and Newsom’s relationship may be new for many fans of the “Digital Short” star. If so, that’s partly because the couple have successfully managed to maintain a low profile for their five year relationship.
Samberg and Newsom are three years apart in age. Newsom, born in 1982, is a diverse musicians who plans both the harp and violin. She’s also a vocalist and a songwriter.
As for Andy Samberg, he left “Saturday Night Live” after appearing in over 100 “Digital Shorts.” Samberg’s most memorable short was called “D*** in a Box,” in which he was joined by Justin Timberlake.
As of now, there is no wedding date set for Samberg and Newsom.
