Andy Rooney, famous for his humorous commentary on 60 Minutes, died Friday night, November 11, in New York. He was 92.
Rooney, who signed on with CBS back in 1949, just retired from his "A Few Minutes with Andy Rooney" broadcast on October 2. He died just one month later.
His wife, Marguerite, died in 2004. They were married 62 years and had 4 children.
You can catch 60 Minutes on Sunday night at 7:00pm on local channel 13 and also channel 4 in Sanford. There is sure to be a tribute to Andy Rooney on Sunday night.
