Andy knows Thai food

While Andy may not be a name that comes to mind when you think of a chef that knows how to cook authentic Thai food, that will quickly change with one visit to Andy’s Thai Kitchen. Chef Andy Aroonrasameruang launched his own restaurant after leaving TAC Quick.

Bringing the flavors of Chachoengsao Thailand to the states, Chef Andy learned the art of Thai cooking from his mother and continues to strive to spread these delicious dishes to the general public.

Its most recent accolade was when it made the Chicago Tribune’s 2013 Dining Awards edition with the Outstanding Restaurant nod. Chicago Serious Eats featured a story on Andy’s Thai Kitchen, complete with photos of its authentic Thai dishes.
